PlinthWeb is a service brand operated by BUSINESS MATE HOLDINGS LLC. Any paid engagement identifies the contracting parties and controlling terms in a separate written agreement.
Informational website
This site describes capabilities and examples. It is not a binding offer, quote, guarantee, or promise that a particular project can be accepted.
Project agreement
Any engagement begins only through a separate written agreement defining scope, fees, responsibilities, dependencies, acceptance, intellectual property, deployment, support, and change handling. That agreement controls if it conflicts with this page.
Website subscriptions
The published website-included plans start at $0 upfront and use a 24-month initial service term. The first monthly payment starts that term. Ending early requires payment of the remaining initial commitment unless the signed agreement says otherwise. After 24 completed payments, the transferable custom design and project code are handed over; third-party software and licensed materials remain governed by their own licenses.
Client property and responsibilities
Client-provided or client-funded copy, assets, business data, domains, analytics properties, Google Business Profile, and business accounts remain client property. Launch timing depends on accurate content, usable assets, required access, legal text, and consolidated approvals being supplied on time.
Allowances and separate work
Page counts, design revisions, monthly edit minutes, publishing cadence, and optimization work are limited to the selected plan and do not roll over unless the written agreement says so. Domains, business email, paid software, ecommerce, integrations, photography, translation, advertising spend, taxes, and third-party fees are separate. Work outside the agreed allowance is quoted before it begins.
Concept portfolio
The thirty coded showcases are original demonstrations for fictional brands. They are not client projects, testimonials, launches, awards, or claims of business results.
No guaranteed outcomes
Design and development work can support a business objective, but search rankings, traffic, revenue, conversions, availability of third-party services, and other outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
