PlinthWeb is a service brand operated by BUSINESS MATE HOLDINGS LLC. This notice applies to project inquiries, assistant chats, and preference data handled through plinthweb.com.
Information you choose to send
If you email us about a project, we receive the contact details, message, links, files, and business context you choose to include. Avoid sending passwords, payment details, or unnecessary sensitive information.
AI assistant chats
The assistant is limited to guidance about PlinthWeb, including its services, pricing, portfolio, site navigation, and preparation of project information. When OpenAI mode is configured, your messages and limited context about the current page and session safety are sent to OpenAI to generate replies. PlinthWeb requests that OpenAI not store the response by setting store:false, and this implementation does not intentionally persist chat transcripts in PlinthWeb’s own backend. OpenAI and infrastructure providers may still handle data under their applicable terms and policies.
Sensitive information and project details
Do not enter passwords, payment or banking details, health information, legal case details, or other private or sensitive personal or business information in the assistant. If the assistant helps prepare project details, it transfers them to the project form for your review and editing; it does not submit them invisibly.
Why we use it
We use inquiry information to understand the request, respond, assess fit, prepare a proposal when appropriate, and keep a record of the conversation.
Site preferences
The site may store your language choice in a NEXT_LOCALE cookie and your light or dark theme choice in local storage. These preferences support the experience you request; the site does not use advertising cookies.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell inquiry or assistant information. Inquiry information may be processed by the email, hosting, security, and professional service providers needed to operate the studio; assistant processing is described above. We retain inquiry information only as long as reasonably necessary for the inquiry, legal obligations, and legitimate business records.
